You just need an Internet connection to securely log into your applications. This can be from your office, from home or from the airport. All transactions are handled over an encrypted link to ensure your data stays safe and secure.
You can easily control which staff have access to which application – add or remove staff access and reset passwords – all from your own desktop.
Network and Bandwidth
Fusion Labs provides Internet connectivity at up to 100Mbps. Each Client can use up to that limit at no extra charge. Each Client is allocated a volume of total data transfers for each month. As long as they don’t exceed that volume, there are no additional network charge. Bandwidth can be quickly adjusted as required. Availability is continually monitored to ensure your users and customers can access your site and your applications. Connectivity is available 99.99% annually.
IT Staffing Support
In addition to effectively managing the hosted environment, Fusion Labs’ staff of IT engineers is available to assist Clients with ad hoc projects. This can vary from providing remote or on-site IT support during a special event or staff shortage to helping plan and execute IT projects. Fusion Labs staff have planned and executed data center moves, system upgrades, Blackbaud migrations and upgrades, and many similar projects.
Fusion Labs has also assisted clients with development of Reports.
Production Processing Services
The Services to be provided include the following:
Day to day management and operation of the CLIENT environment.
Production systems –
Support: 8 am to 6 pm, Central Time, 5 days a week
Toll-free helpdesk with web-based ticket system
Coverage outside of the listed coverage times available for special events
Servers are updated with Microsoft changes and patches on a quarterly basis. They are backed up nightly.
Data is stored in the data center and physical access is strictly controlled with around the clock security, biometric access and limited physical access to the Data Center environment.
Change requests according to schedules created from regular Change Control processes.
Implementation of hardware and database updates as required maintaining integrity. Implementations will be processed through the agreed upon Change Control process and will be documented by Fusion Labs and delivered to CLIENT.
