Lisa Nally currently serves in various roles at Fusion Labs.
Nally has over twenty-six years in marketing, nonprofits and customer service. At Fusion Labs, her responsibilities include all divisions in the areas of marketing, channel management, communications (including advertising and promotions), market research, and customer service. Technology services company providing Enterprise level consulting, development and hosting, as well as proprietary non-profit software.
Nally has a history in development and support of corporate marketing efforts for all service lines. She managed sales development and client relationship management for the non-profit SaaS channel and developed a corporate marketing strategy, implementation plans, and budget. Nally has managed digital marketing tools, create collateral materials, coordinate trade shows & conferences and drive lead generation activities as well as built and maintained client relationships from inquiry to post-implementation. Her work with other departments and executives has established a customer-first culture.
Nally over the past few years has spent efforts in developing processes and controls to improve software implementation efficiency, effectiveness, and customer acceptance. She coordinated an annual nonprofit user conference, including establishing budgets, agendas, registration, travel coordination, event planning, and client satisfaction survey and received outstanding feedback from attendees and user group leadership.
