M-Group Software Systems acquired by Fusion Labs
Staff and operations to remain in Temple, Texas

Dallas, Texas--- Fusion Laboratories, Inc. announced today the acquisition of M-Group Software Systems, a unit of McLane Group, L.P. of Temple, Texas. Fusion Labs is a leader in business application management and M-Group Software Systems is a provider of logistics software systems for the food industry.

M-Group Software Systems, founded in 1993 in Temple, Texas, created logistics food distribution management software that provides customers a low-cost, flexible access to real-time information. M-Group has customers worldwide including in Poland, South Africa, Australia, Great Britain and throughout the United States. Once the merger is completed, M-Group Systems will become a division of Fusion Labs and operations will remain in Temple. McLane Group will take an equity position in Fusion Labs as part of the agreement and will name Webb Stickney, Executive Vice President, McLane Group as a Fusion Labs board member.

Formed in 2001, Fusion Labs provides end-to-end strategic IT business management consulting and services. The Fusion Labs management team previously founded and built BRBA, a Dallas based-regional technology firm. Current clients and partners served by Fusion Labs staff and managers include Mary Kay Cosmetics, Neiman Marcus, Toys"R"Us, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bank of America, NCR, Kintetsu World Express and others.
