Network Configuration and Management 

Our services review and assess the network environment and provides configuration assistance to fine-tune network performance. FusionLabs improves poorly performing networks and provides troubleshooting experience to correct network errors. We also provide Web Services, Application Integration Management, Data Management, Batch Scheduling, Microsoft Windows, Exchange and SQL Server Management, Performance & Capacity Planning and Report Distribution.

Network Administration 

FusionLabs can remotely monitor and administer the network environment. Network Administration and Infrastructure Monitoring includes: managing user accounts, tracking network utilization, problem diagnosis and fault correction, ongoing documentation of network assets and technologies and network backups/restores of network equipment.


Desktop Environment 

FusionLabs establishes an effective desktop environment. Initially FusionLabs reviews and assesses the current desktop environment, providing useful configuration and administration advice. FusionLabs also assists in the administration of the desktop environment by implementing management controls, developing ‘gold disk’ installation techniques, monitoring network throughput—as it relates to desktop activities, and actively tracking desktop assets.


Help Desk Environment 


FusionLabs reviews the total help desk environment including hardware, software, and personnel resources. FusionLabs also reviews processes and procedures to ensure that operations are following documented standards. If necessary, FusionLabs selects the correct hardware/software environment, configures help desk operations, creates reasonable operational SLAs and documents the processes/procedures.

Security Management 

FusionLabs is knowledgeable about both physical and logical security. Using the experience gained from establishing the Fusion Labs Application Lab, FusionLabs reviews and assesses IT environments. If necessary, FusionLabs coordinates security enhancements from physical security recommendations to configuring logical security configurations.
