of Effective Technology Consultants (ETC) from Cayenta,
Inc. Fusion Labs plans to structure and operate ETC as a
stand-alone subsidiary and assumed all current ETC customer

ETC
is a leading retail consulting firm, combining in-depth
industry knowledge with technology expertise to generate
"optimum results to the retailer's top and bottom line".

as an opportunity to reinforce ongoing retail-oriented efforts:
"Each ETC consultant has on average 20+ years of valuable
experience working in major retail segments such as department
store, supermarket, hospitality, specialty, chain drug,
etc.. This hands-on experience will go a long way in providing
