The recent Fusion Labs acquisition of Compass Enterprise
Technologies creates a unique breed of business technology
support - Application Management and Technical Outsourcing
DALLAS, Texas - Today - Fusion Laboratories Inc. announced
today the acquisition of Compass Enterprise Technologies
(Compass-ET). Formed by business and technology experts
in 1999, Compass-ET is an enterprise systems integrator
and technology-consulting firm. Its customers, employees
and assets will become a division of Fusion Labs. Fusion
Labs has named Cid Smith, Compass-ET founder, as Executive
Vice President of Sales for Fusion Labs.
Fusion
Labs and Compass-ET have been described as business-centric
technology partners that share similar philosophies but
differing approaches to satisfying the technology requirements
of their clients. Fusion Labs focuses on developing, delivering,
and supporting business applications, while Compass-ET focuses
on technical recruitment, and leadership consulting services.
Both companies have experience in providing systems integration
and development and have quickly established themselves
in a tumultuous climate by fostering business relationships
and now join in order offer organizations a full-range of
technical expertise.
Mr.
Rob Rowe, COO Fusion Labs, has been designated Compass Enterprise
Technologies President. "I'm expecting the Compass
expertise to provide the basis for continued counter cyclical
growth and solid partnership with other Fusion Labs divisions,"
said Mr. Rowe. "Compass-ET will now enjoy a new breadth
of service level which will help them enter new markets
quickly while maintaining the impressive level of support
their client base is accustomed to," Mr. Rowe concluded.
